After leaving Cherwell College Oxford, Paddy started a small AV company called AVM. Over the next two decades the company grew and is now considered the UK’s largest AV company. AVM was sold by Paddy nearly 15 years ago.

Andrew has spent the previous 25 years in the banking industry and his entire career has revolved around raising finance predominantly in loan format. Andrew’s previous role was to head up HSBC’s loan syndication business and through this has both access but also personal contacts at all of the banks operating in the European Loan Markets as well as all of the institutional lenders that are increasingly looking to build lending platforms directly with SMEs.

During his career Andrew has helped companies raise finance across many areas including: Acquisition Finance, MBOs/LBOs Project Finance, Real Estate Finance, Trade Finance, Asset Backed Loans Corporate and Revolving Credit Facilities.

Alan initially worked in event production, combining engineering design and graphics skills, working in a live production environment, he was exposed to audiovisual systems. Then he moved into broadcast and postproduction arena, working for specialist suppliers to the UK television industry including the BBC.
