A major global capital advisor has standardised on CISCO WEBEX room kits for their video conferencing and collaboration. They have adopted CISCO for their meeting rooms and WEBEX for laptop and virtual mobile solutions. Coral Vision also maintains the rooms they install globally allowing the client to have a single point of contact for service for all their CISCO deployed rooms.

This room offer single button meeting joining to maximise the simplicity for users and enhance their experience. The rooms are also bookable globally and have a CISCO room navigator outside each room showing the rooms booked status.
The client has many rooms at this London site and to maintain quality and simplicity Coral Vision installed all rooms with the appropriate CISCO product to maintain standardisation as well as the aesthetic benefits that pleased the client.
The design was taken very seriously so Coral Vision used teh CISCO product colour for the basis of all colours in the meeting rooms. This design ethos even encompassed the rooms audio and acoustic treatments. The acoustic panels are specifically designed to improve voice recognition from both people in the room and from the far end over video or audio conferencing.
Additionally, we have installed Zoom based digital signage solutions and live news feeds through the office including the larger all hands area.
