To meet these requirements, Coral Vision designed and delivered a fully integrated event space built around a Microsoft Teams Room ecosystem, combining premium audiovisual performance, intuitive control, and scalable conferencing capability.

The Solution
1. Microsoft Teams Rooms Integration
Deployed a fully certified Microsoft Teams Rooms system enabling one-touch join, native calendar sync, intelligent camera switching, and high-quality audio—delivering a seamless hybrid experience for both in-room and remote participants.
2. Visual Display & Projection
Installed Sony professional displays and a high-lumen projector system, supported by a distributed video matrix for flexible content routing—allowing dynamic sharing across all screens without manual intervention.
3. Audio System Design
Engineered a distributed audio solution with acoustic tuning, Teams-certified microphones, and DSP processing (echo cancellation and auto gain) to ensure clear, consistent sound throughout the space.
4. Camera & Video Capture
Integrated PTZ cameras with pre-set tracking, automated switching, and centralised control—optimised for both live hybrid meetings and professional content capture.
5. Control System Integration
Implemented a Crestron control platform with a single-touch interface, scene-based modes, automated routing, and remote monitoring—reducing complexity while improving reliability and supportability.
